It seems that American Idol will be going on without one of its Top 13 finalists tonight on the results show. Casey Abrams is reportedly back in the hospital with stomach bleeding, which is said to be caused by stress. Lets hope he makes it back for next weeks performance show. I think the odds are pretty good that he won't be the one going home tonight.
