Celebrate Ronnie's Demise - Help a Friend of Quirkydude's

Could tonight be the night that so many have waited for? Will Ronnie the Rat exit the Big Brother house? If he does, it will be to the delight of many viewers. He wore out his welcome quickly. There is an argument to be made that whatever excitement has been given us this season has been due to Ronnie's gameplay. I think he may be missed...as hard as that would be to accept for many.

BIG BROTHER COMMUNITY - PLEASE READ BELOW

A friend of mine is going through a hard time medically. Please take a moment to consider helping a friend of mine who is in need.

Thanks so much.

KIDNEY TRANSPLANT FUNDRAISER
JOHNNY YOUNGBLOOD

Have you ever had to face a life threatening illness? Have you ever become overwhelmed by the restrictive cost to cure your illness? Have you ever had to rely on your family and friends to make a life-saving difference on your behalf?

I am Johnny Youngblood and I am facing all of these conditions at once. I need your help.

I will need a kidney transplant this year and have been approved and accepted at Piedmont Hospital Transplant Services. I will face enormous annual costs in order to pay for post-transplant treatments.

Some of my family and friends are working to help me raise at least $ 10,000.00 to cover some of these costs.

The great news is that we are working with the Georgia Transplant Foundation (GTF). I am enrolled in their Transplant Fundraising Program and have a matched account held there. Since I have a matched account, GTF will match - dollar for dollar - every dollar we raise up to a maximum of $ 10,000.00. GTF will hold the money in an account for post transplant expenses. GTF "ACCESS TO CARE" account.

Who am I? I am a 58 year old husband, father, grandfather, uncle and Godfather. I am the husband of Judy for 11 years, she has worked for AT&T for 10 years. My wonderful wife is also an Associate Pastor at Holy Union Christian Church (Atlanta, GA).

I am the father of two sons Chauncey, and Tommie III. I am also the proud grandfather of four; J'Lynn (8), Aleigha (7), Jamier (6), & Tommie IV (2). My wife and I are legal guardians for J'Lynn and Jamier. They are attending Birney Elementary School (West Cobb).

I am a 35+ years employee with GEXPRO, formerly GE Supply (a Division of General Electric).

I am a member of Word of Faith Family Worship Cathedral where Bishop Dale C. Bronner is Founder/Senior Pastor. I faithfully serve as a GATE KEEPER (Usher). I enjoy the position GOD has assigned to me ushering God's people into His Holy Sanctuary for praise and worship. I am honored and privileged to serve in this position in GOD's house.

We need your help! The Georgia Transplant Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides financial, educational, and emotional assistance to Georgia's transplant community, is assisting us in our fundraising efforts.

Please consider making a donation to help me reach my fundraising goals and maintain my transplant. If you have questions or need further verification, please contact the Georgia Transplant Foundation at (770) 457-3796.

Checks/money orders should be made payable to Georgia Transplant Foundation with Johnny Youngblood's name in the memo section of the check. Please mail checks/money orders to GTF, 6600 Peachtree Dunwoody Rd, 600 Embassy Row, Suite 250, Atlanta, GA 30328, Attention: Transplant Fundraising Program.

To make a credit card contribution online, please visit my personal GTF page: https://www.gatransplant.org/Client/jyoungblood

Please Note: I would love to thank each and every one of you personally. Unfortunately, GTF’s staff is limited and therefore unable to retain your personal information for correspondence. After making a donation, please email your name and address to jblood2@bellsouth.net so that I can personally send my thanks to you. All funds should be directed to GTF. Thank you for your support and understanding.

Also, we welcome and appreciate endorsements and sponsorships. Feel free to pass this along to your family and friends.

Thank you and GOD bless you,

Johnny Youngblood
