Michele wins PoV - Who will go up in her place?

Michele has won the Power of Veto and will almost certainly be taking herself off the block.  Who will go up in her place?  If things stand as they are now, Casey will be taking her spot on the nomination block.

It also seems that Casey will be wearing a banana suit as part of the PoV results.  Getting evicted while wearing a banana suit will certainly be a classic BB moment.  Kail was evicted in her bunny suit....  but she was awfully cute...but I'm not sure about Casey.
